Carmen

Carmen has been the Medical Biller at PhysioHealth Physical Therapy since 2024. She enjoys navigating the complex landscape of healthcare finance with precision. After spending 16 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) she decided to make a career into medical billing. Carmen wants to use her experience as a clinician to help patients like you answer your questions as they relate to your care. She is meticulous in her attention to detail to make sure medical procedures are accurately documented and billed according to industry standards and insurance guidelines. Since joining PhysioHealth PT Carmen enjoys collaborating with the team to ensure an optimal experience for the patients. In her personal time Carmen is active in volunteering in some of the local schools, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Nicole

Nicole has been a Patient Care Coordinator at PhysioHealth Physical Therapy since 2024. She brings a vast amount of knowledge and leadership to the team. Nicole will assist you with your registration and insurance verification, while also completing other administrative tasks to improve your experience. Her favorite part of working at the clinic is the friendly community and professional environment Prior to working at PhysioHealth PT Nicole was a teacher for the Visually Impaired for 10 years. She enjoyed her role and impact on the kids. In her personal time away from the clinic Nicole enjoys going to her bootcamp gym classes, crocheting, reading, and biking with her family.

Teresa

Teresa has been a Patient Care Coordinator at PhysioHealth Physical Therapy since 2023. She will be one of the first people to greet you with a friendly smile and guide you through your registration. In addition, Teresa will help out on the clinic floor to assist Dr. Gomes with patient care. Her favorite part of the work days are the positive interactions she has with clients and co-workers. Away from the clinic Teresa is active in the Massachusetts All-State Choir, plays soccer at both the varsity and club level, and officiates for youth soccer organizations. In her personal time Teresa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, vacationing,and taking more vacations.

Ashley

Ashley has been the Marketing/Personal Relations Assistant at PhysioHealth Physical Therapy since 2024. At PhysioHealth you will see Ashley in the office working on content, as well as attending off-site events. Her favorite part of the job is to interact with patients to talk about the many benefits of physical therapy. Away from the clinic Ashley is a student at Stonehill College. In her free time, she loves to both dance and teach it, go to the beach, and spend time with family and friends.

Christopher Gomes, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Gomes graduated from Springfield College in 2012. In addition, he received training at MGH Institute of Health Professions for specialized orthopedic physical therapy treatment. In 2019 Dr. Gomes became board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy. At the clinic he sees patients with all different types of injuries and conditions but enjoys treating the spine, hips, knees, and shoulders the most. Dr. Gomes also specializes in helping older adults regain their balance and lifestyle independence through specific training. Away from the clinic, Dr. Gomes enjoys being involved with the local community, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active
